About Us

Passionate about helping people with hearing loss.

We’re passionate about helping people who have endured hearing loss, from the very mild cases to the most severe and profound hearing impairments.

As the longest established, independent hearing care specialist in North Wales, we offer unbiased advice and tailor every service to your individual needs with excellent customer service.

All services are carried out in our modern clinic environments using the very latest hearing care equipment and world-leading brands.

Being an independent business means we can provide a bespoke service, competitive pricing and risk free hearing aid trials which is why our patients come back to us time and time again.

Our History

The Dowling family have been serving the hard of hearing in North Wales for over 60 years! The Colwyn Bay business was established in 1961 by Michael Dowling and is now owned by Michael’s son, Adrian.
